The chains are completely disassembled to keep only the outer plates, which are meticulously cleaned and assembled on the two rings. Unlike others I use extra strong split rings with will never bend or distort from extended use. I only use chains made of stainless steel which will maintain their shiny smooth surface for many years. The fidget is perfect for people who like to have something to play with constantly in their hands. You can modulate it at will (it folds in on itself and the outer part becomes the inside, and so on). The different plates also offer a very interesting touch: they "ripple" along the curvature of the rings and under your fingers. You may discover that chain plates on your fidget toy "jumped" to the other side. It then becomes a puzzle to return the same number of chain plates to each side.
